Create a throwaway account
Create a dedicated, low-rank Total Battle account and invite it to your clan. Use Outlook or Gmail for the account’s email.

Hand Plutheon the login, once
Paste the bot’s credentials a single time. They’re stored encrypted in our database and only ever used from our servers. Nothing to install, nothing running on your machine or phone.

Forward the verification mails
Total Battle sends verification mails when we log in to the new account. You set up forwarding rules once — a guide walks you through every step.

Gain insights from the dashboard
Every few hours Plutheon collects data, records who donated which chests, and updates your dashboard. From then on you just read it.

Need to track more than one clan? Each clan is its own subscription — sign up once per clan (you can reuse one inbox with a “+alias”, e.g. you+clan2@example.com).

FAQ

The questions officers ask first.

How often does the data update?: Depending on your plan, data updates every 4th hour or every hour. The dashboard shows you when data was last updated and when the next update is due.
Can the throwaway account get banned?: In theory yes, and that is why we recommend using a throwaway account — we cannot guarantee anything. That said, we have never experienced an account getting banned. The only thing the throwaway account is used for is collecting chests and logging data.
Can my co-officers see the same dashboard?: Yes. You can switch your dashboard visibility from private to public, and everyone with the URL can then see the dashboard overview and clan member overview.
Where is my data stored?: All your data lives on secure servers in the EU. Login details are encrypted, and only your own clan can access its data.
What happens if I cancel?: You keep full access until the end of your billing period. After that the dashboard is locked (and public dashboards go offline) until you resubscribe. Your data is kept, so if you come back you pick up right where you left off.
Do I have to install anything?: No. Plutheon runs entirely on our servers. There’s no extension, no app, and nothing left running on your computer.
Are you offering multi-clan subscriptions?: No, but you can use the same email for multiple subscriptions by adding a +alias to your address, e.g. yourmail+1@domain.com. That way each clan gets its own subscription and you can manage your clans separately. It does, however, require a throwaway account per clan.
Do you provide the throwaway account?: Unfortunately we do not offer that service at the moment.
